New presiding judge in mid-Missouri’s 13th Circuit is familiar name; Judge Morrell grateful for trust placed in her by colleagues

A familiar name in mid-Missouri has been elected by her colleagues as Presiding Judge in the 13th Circuit, which covers Boone and Callaway counties.

Judge Stephanie Morrell says she’s grateful for the trust placed in her by her colleagues. She also says she’s committed to continuing the circuit’s tradition of excellence and fair, equitable and efficient service to residents in Boone and Callaway counties.

Judge Morrell presently serves as probate judge and also handles criminal and civil matters.
