Nichols gets five life sentences for Moberly crime spree

He will never be a free man again.

A judge in Randolph County on Thursday sentenced Jeffery Nichols to five consecutive life sentences and more.

Nichols and fellow Macon native Christopher Lewis went on a violent crime spree in the Moberly area in 2013. They killed 92-year-old Carmelita Kaser, shot two more people, and committed many other crimes in just a few hours. A jury found Nichols guilty in June.

Christopher Lewis is already serving a life sentence after pleading guilty in 2016.
