No decision after lengthy hearing over Jefferson City schools employee

A long night but no resolution in a Jefferson City school employee hearing.

The meeting that began mid-afternoon on Wednesday finally wrapped up early Thursday morning. Lawyers for Tammy Ferry, the JCPS instruction technology coordinator, defended against claims that she took student files, prompting a data breach.

Ferry is also accused of violating her paid suspension by talking to colleagues and coming back on school grounds.
