The road reopened Friday afternoon. Improve I-70 program director Eric Kopinski says that by the end of 2027, the new roundabout will provide access to westbound I-70 and I-70 Drive Southeast. Crews continue to build a new underpass beneath I-70 there.

The new roundabout at Clark lane and Hanover is part of the $405-million project to rebuild and expand I-70 from Columbia to Kingdom City.
