A chase ends with two arrests in northern Boone County.
Deputies say 52-year-old James Hutchinson and passenger Samson Hess, 45, sped away from a traffic stop at 2:42 a.m. Monday near Range Line and Prathersville Road in north Columbia. The chase ended with a crash on Friendship Church Road east of Finger Lakes State Park.
The Moberly men were taken to jail.
