A Harrisburg man remains behind bars on Wednesday morning, accused of putting a gun to someone’s head and later shooting at the victim from outside a home.

Boone County Sheriff’s deputies say the case against 25-year-old Brendon Sublett involves a domestic disturbance. Last night’s alleged incident happened on North Oak Grove School.
Deputies say that when they tried to arrest Sublett, he physically resisted. Formal charges have not been filed yet.
