One person is dead after a pickup crashes into a fast food place in Sedalia.
Police say a truck went through a dining room wall of the Wendy’s on Limit Avenue at 6 p.m. Monday and got several feet inside the building.
An older woman died from her injuries. An older man was flown to a Columbia hospital with serious injuries. At least four others were hurt, including a 10-year-old boy, but should recover.
The pickup driver is facing DWI charges. We do not the name of the driver or any of the victims yet.
