Oral arguments in Rep. Reisch Twitter lawsuit Friday

Oral arguments are coming up Friday in an attorney’s lawsuit against a state representative who blocked him on Twitter.

Cheri Toalson Reisch is trying to get the lawsuit dismissed. The Hallsville Republican who won re-election last week calls the suit frivolous.

Centralia attorney Mike Campbell said in the suit filed in June that Twitter is a public forum, and blocking a constituent is a free speech violation.
