The Osage River is back open to recreational boaters.
The Highway Patrol ordered the river closed for a while from the mouth of the Missouri River to Lock and Dam #1 because of the flooding.
Officials say even though the Osage is back open, boaters should not create wakes in flooded areas, and watch out for debris.
