The two people facing the most serious criminal charges over the death of Carl DeBrodie pleaded not guilty on Monday.
Sherry Paulo and Anthony R. Flores are back in court Friday. They’re accused of involuntary manslaughter and abandonment of a corpse.
DeBrodie’s body was found encased in concrete in a Fulton storage unit in April 2017. Paulo and Flores worked at his group home for people with special needs.
Three others facing misdemeanors connected to the case – Anthony R.K. Flores, Shaina Osborne, and Mary Paulo – will also be back in court within the next few days.
