A pedestrian in Jefferson City is flown to a Columbia hospital.
Investigators say a 16-year-old driving a pickup on Saturday night hit a man who walked out into traffic on Southwest Boulevard. Jordan Pfeneger, 29, has serious injuries.
JCPD is still investigating what happened.
