Pedestrian hit by car on Mizzou campus

A pedestrian is hit by a car on the Mizzou campus.

MU Police say Lamayah Clayton, 19, was driving on Rollins Street and hit 23-year-old Michael Brown at the Virginia Avenue intersection at about 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Brown is in good condition as of Thursday morning, according to a spokesperson with University Hospital. Clayton got a citation for hitting a pedestrian, and driving without insurance.
