A short ceremony is planned for 5:45 this evening on the trail. You’re encouraged to arrive early and walk or bike the 1.25 miles on the MKT trail to the site. You can park at the Jay Dix station or at the Scott Boulevard trailhead.

Funding for the trail comes from the voter-approved park sales tax and a recreation grant that is administered by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (DNR).
