A plane winds up on its top at Jefferson City’s airport.
Authorities say the pilot of the small, private plane was practicing landings late Saturday morning when strong cross winds knocked it off the runway and it flipped.
That pilot climbed out of the plane on his own and is ok. The FAA is investigating.
