A man surrenders to officers after barricading himself in west Columbia.
Police say they got to a home on Bright Star Drive near Scott Boulevard just after midnight Tuesday. A female victim told officers that Drake Stockton-Kenney, 29, had attacked her and held her against her will.
Investigators say Stockton-Kenney barricaded inside the home, but negotiators got him to surrender. He is accused of domestic assault, kidnapping and several other charges.
