Police investigate fatal Columbia crash

A man is dead after a Columbia car accident.

Police say Richard Chancellor’s car crashed into a parked pickup near the intersection of Crystal Downs Loop and Hoylake Drive on Friday afternoon.

Chancellor, 78, was pronounced dead at a hospital.
