Police are now just calling a reported abduction in southwest Columbia a “suspicious incident.”
Investigators said they got word a little before noon Monday that a man had forced a woman into an SUV at Scott Boulevard and Chapel Hill Road. But a few hours later they said no one was in danger.
Police have tracked down both people involved.
