Potential coronavirus exposure at Mexico Middle School

A handful of students and staff at Mexico Middle School have been potentially exposed to COVID-19.

The Mexico Department of Public Safety announced a person who tested positive for the coronavirus in Callaway County was at the school on March 19^th and 20^th.

As of Saturday, the Audrain County Health Department has not confirmed any cases.

However, eight people had been tested . Three of the tests were negative and five others were pending.

The school district has been closed since March 20^th.
