Probation could be revoked for mid-Missouri woman who led officers on pursuit through multiple counties

A Jefferson City woman who led authorities on a pursuit through three counties could be heading back to prison.

Jefferson City Police officers say 36-year-old Erin Starke had a felony no bond warrant for her arrest, when they tried to pull her over. She fled on Highway 63 and eventually on rural roads near Hartsburg. Officers used spike strips to disable her car. Starke drove through a backyard and crashed, before allegedly resisting arrest.

Online court records show Starke pleaded guilty in 2020 to a felony drug charge, before being sentenced to five years probation.

In addition to new charges, Missouri’s Probation and Parole Board could revoke Starke’s probation.
