Professional and non-professional artists encouraged to participate in October’s Boone County art show

Central Bank of Boone County and the Columbia Art League are now accepting professional and non-professional entries for the 67th annual Boone County art show in downtown Columbia in mid-October.

Any resident in Columbia/Boone County, Columbia Art League member or full-time Columbia student 18 and older can enter one piece of art that’s been finished in the past year. Cash prizes will be awarded to artists in nine categories for first, second and third place.

The 67th annual art show will take place at Central Bank’s downtown Columbia location on East Broadway on Saturday and Sunday, October 17 and 18. The art show will be free and open to the public both days.
