Tonight (Thursday) is your opportunity to weigh in on a proposal to build a new restaurant and retail store near Scott Boulevard and Vawter School road in Columbia.
The Planning and Zoning commission has scheduled a 7 o’clock hearing at city hall.
HTG Development wants to build a new 6,000 square foot commercial building at that location, with four tenant spaces. They would include a retail store, restaurant/drive through, office and personal services.
939 the Eagle News asked city development services manager Pat Zenner if he knows what restaurant is being planned. Zenner says no, noting that it’s a shell building at this time.
