Radiothon raises more than $50k for disaster relief

Thank you for supporting our neighbors recovering from ongoing flooding and last month’s tornado!

The Zimmer Radio and Marketing Group Mid-Missouri Disaster Relief Radiothon raised more than $50,000 on Friday.

The money will all stay local, and support five organizations:

• Samaritan Center in Jefferson City
• People Helping Paws
• Common Ground
• Special Olympics Missouri (the new facility in Jefferson City was heavily damaged)
• United Way

We want to thank everyone who helped to make this event such a big success.
