Columbia and parts of mid-Missouri are expected to see a wintry mix Sunday evening through Monday morning.
National Weather Service (NWS) St. Louis meteorologist Mark Britt expects Sunday to remain dry until rain moves in late Sunday afternoon. He’s expecting a rain-snow mix tonight that’s mainly snow, saying Columbia should see an inch or less. Britt tells 939 the Eagle that the snow will mainly be seen on grass or elevated surfaces and that areas north of Columbia could see more than one inch of snow.

He’s also expecting multiple rounds of rain this week in mid-Missouri.
