It’s another winter weather advisory on a Wednesday in mid-Missouri.
Mark Britt with the National Weather Service says to watch for a rain-snow mix during the day, starting Wednesday morning.
“Take the usual precautions whenever there’s snow,” Britt says. “Just slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.”
Britt says we will finish with 2-5 total inches of snow, but most of that may fall Wednesday night. Columbia Public Schools is dismissing two-and-a-half hours early.
Forecasters say to plan on subzero wind chills on Thursday and Friday mornings.
