The American Red Cross is asking for your donations after tornadoes caused significant damage throughout the state, particularly in Jefferson City.
Sharon Watson with the Red Cross joined 93.9 The Eagle Thursday morning and says they’ve already been in touch with local authorities.
“We were in communications with them late last night just to check in and see what they needed, and learned of course there was a need for a shelter that we’ve opened at Thomas Jefferson Middle School.”
