How does Mid-Missouri Republican Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler feel about President Trump saying he wants to designate Antifa as a terrorist group?
“Regardless of whether it is officially added to the list or not, I think [Antifa] needs to be called out, and everybody needs to recognize it as the very harmful organization that it is,” said Hartzler on The Mike Ferguson Show. “They are no friend to America, and they have no place in our society.”
Despite her displeasure with the group, Hartzler says she isn’t sure that a domestic group like Antifa can legally be categorized the same way as international terrorist groups. Antifa is not a foreign organization, and it is really just an umbrella term for far-left-leaning militant groups.
