Lots of bills have an unclear future with less than two weeks left in the state legislative session.
Wardsville Republican Rep. Rudy Veit says the major budget debate over Medicaid expansion is probably heading to the judge.
“We’re going to dump that into the courts, is where I think it’s going to end up.”
Voters approved Medicaid expansion last year, but state lawmakers have not voted to fund it.
Veit says it is also not clear if a state gas tax increase will pass in time.
