The state Senator who represents Mizzou has filed a resolution condemning the NCAA.
Columbia Republican Caleb Rowden on Wednesday spoke on the Senate floor in Jefferson City about the punishments against Tiger athletics announced last week.
“I believe that the NCAA is either glaringly disengaged, or utterly incompetent, and whatever the answer to that question is it’s the student athletes that are suffering as a result.”
Mizzou football, baseball, and softball all have postseason bans because a tutor did at least some course work for players.
