(AP) Saint Louis County Executive Steve Stenger has resigned after being indicted by a federal grand jury.
He’s accused of providing political favors in exchange for campaign donations. We learned about the bribery, mail fraud, and theft counts Monday.
The Democrat is looking at up to 20 years in prison on each count if convicted.
