Saline County confirmed another COVID-19 death Friday.
It’s the fourth death reported in the county, the most in mid-Missouri. The county also has the most confirmed coronavirus cases in the region, with 283 as of Thursday. Thirty-one of those cases are active.
Boone County continues its recent trend of coronavirus positives. Three more cases were confirmed in the county Friday, with 38 now active.
No new positives were counted in Cole, Audrain and Moniteau counties.
Missouri reported another 12 COVID-19 deaths Friday, for a statewide total of 872.
