Saline County confirmed its third COVID-19 death Monday, the most of any mid-Missouri county. There are an area-leading 283 total cases, with 35 active.
Boone County added three more coronavirus cases Monday. Active cases dropped to 40.
Audrain County also reported fewer active cases, despite adding two new positives Monday. There are 38 active.
Cole and Callaway counties have not reported a new case for the last week.
The state confirmed another 10 deaths from COVID-19 on Monday, following Sunday’s report of no deaths. That brings Missouri’s total deaths to 819. Another 181 Missourians have tested positive for coronavirus, bringing the total number of positives to 14,734.
