Fast-growing south Columbia may soon see a new Chick-fil-A, near the Kohl’s on Grindstone Parkway.

939 the Eagle’s Mike Murphy, who publishes Comobuz, reports the popular restaurant chain is considering a location near Kohl’s, near Green Meadows and Grindstone Parkway. Murphy reports the location is currently zoned to accommodate a restaurant.

Chick-fil-A’s one current Columbia location is in the Shoppes at Stadium. The drive-through is so popular that vehicles literally are lined up around the building to place an order.
