Second child abuse charge added against missing Columbia woman’s husband

A second child abuse charge has been added against the husband of the missing Columbia woman.

According to court documents, the revised complaint accuses Joseph Elledge of grabbing or striking a child.

Menggi Ji Elledge went missing last month and while Joseph Elledge is the prime suspect in the case, he has not been charged with his wife’s disappearance.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for November 26^th.
