A Boone County judge has rejected a bond reduction request from the second suspect in mid-November’s deadly shooting outside of Vibez in downtown Columbia.
That means 28-year-old Todd Nesbitt remains jailed without bond this morning, charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action.
Columbia Police say the second suspect in the incident had a shootout with Nesbitt outside Vibez, before allegedly shooting into a crowd of people. Five people were wounded.
CPD officers shot and killed the second suspect.
