Serious injuries after Highway 63 crash near JC

Troopers are blaming a blown tire for that nasty crash that closed Highway 63 for a while Tuesday starting at about noon a little north of Jefferson City.

The Highway Patrol says Robert Trenary’s pickup skidded and flipped several times near the Claysville Rd. intersection.

The 45-year-old Jefferson City man was flown to the hospital with serious injuries.
