The snow that hit mid-Missouri on Thursday morning is getting the blame for a nasty accident in Randolph County.
The Highway Patrol says Charles Gibson’s car slid on Highway 3 west of Moberly into the path of another car at about 9:50 a.m. The 59-year-old Moberly native has serious injuries.
The other driver, 18-year-old Owen Thornburg of Clifton Hill, was not hurt.
