Shooting in north Columbia

Columbia police are investigating a north-side shooting.

Officers say they found evidence of shots fired at Bodie Drive and Edenton Boulevard at about 7:50 p.m. Tuesday. Soon after that, they learned about someone with a non-life threatening gunshot wound nearby at the Break Time on Smiley Lane near Rangeline.

Investigators have not confirmed yet the victim is connected to the shots fired. No arrests yet.
