A crash in Columbia leads to an apparent shooting near Rocheport.
ABC 17 reports the highway patrol arrested Luke Hendren Thursday night.
Troopers say Hendren followed another driver on I-70 after their two cars crashed in Columbia. The other driver called her spouse, and all three stopped at the intersection of Highway 40 and Route J. That’s when Hendren allegedly shot the spouse.
Hendren is in jail with no bond. The spouse is in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
