Slick roads in mid-Missouri early Tuesday

Drivers had to watch for a light freezing drizzle that could cause slick spots Tuesday morning.

Road crews were working to treat that, and keep clearing all the snow we got over the weekend. Columbia Public Works was trying to make every street in town passable by Tuesday morning.

Columbia Public Schools went with a two-hour delayed start Tuesday. Jefferson City is one of the districts on some snow routes. Fulton is one of several districts that closed Tuesday. See our list here.
