St. Louis Cardinals take two of three from Cubs; Cardinals play Reds in Monday doubleheader on 939 the Eagle

The St. Louis Cardinals beat the Cubs 11-4 Sunday afternoon at Wrigley field, taking two of three in the series.

Cardinal slugger Alec Burleson hits his 21^st home run of the season, and All-Star Jordan Walker hit his 24^th homer. St. Louis improves to 63-61 this season. They’ve won seven of their last ten.

The Cardinals are in Cincinnati to begin a five-game series with the Reds at Great American Ball Park.
