You’ll have an opportunity in January to testify about a proposal to build a new restaurant in the 500 block of East Green Meadows in Columbia, across from Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts.
Columbia’s planning and zoning commission has approved a proposal from Tacos 4 Life to build a new 4,200 square feet restaurant, which will include a covered patio and 23 parking spaces.
Columbia development services manager Pat Zenner tells 939 the Eagle that the proposal will be introduced at the city council’s December 20 meeting, with a vote expected on January 3.
Tacos 4 Life has restaurants in six states: Missouri, Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma and North Carolina. The only current Missouri location is in O’Fallon.
