A Tebbetts man is arrested after authorities say he illegally shot a gun and got into a standoff with the law.
Charles Buenida allegedly fired shots from a home on Callaway County Road 4006 in the Tebbetts and Holts Summit area. Deputies say he remained armed with a rifle for about 50 minutes before surrendering.
Buendia, 18, is in jail with no bond on several felony charges.
