Jefferson City police have made two arrests tied to the killing of a Lincoln University student last December.
U.S. marshals tracked down Michael Bouchee, 19, in Texas, where investigators say he was trying to hide from the law.
Deangelo Frazier, 29, was already in a Missouri prison for another crime.
D’Angelo Bratton-Bland was shot and killed in Jefferson City on Dec. 11. The 23-year-old was president of the Student Government Association at Lincoln.
Officers first found Bratton-Bland in a speeding car. He was pronounced dead soon after that at a hospital. No one in the car is a suspect in the shooting.
Witnesses say they saw Bouchee and Frazier with guns at the time of the shooting on Dawson Street near East Capitol Avenue. Both suspects are now accused of second degree murder and armed criminal action.
