Two drug arrests during Williamsburg traffic stop

A traffic stop leads Callaway County authorities to drugs and guns in Williamsburg.

Deputies pulled over Eric Marshall of Curryville and Taylor Turkington of Elsberry on Saturday afternoon along Old Highway 40. They say they found meth, pills, and a couple firearms.

Both people in the car were taken to jail. Marshall, 40, is accused of felony drug possession, unlawful use of a weapon, and more. Turkington, 25, is accused of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
