Two Mizzou players picked in NFL draft

Mizzou wound up with two players taken in the NFL Draft.

Albert Okwuegbunam is joining his former Tiger quarterback Drew Lock in Denver. “Albert O” went in the fourth round on Saturday.

Defensive lineman Jordan Elliott was a third round pick by the Browns on Friday night.

At least eight other Tigers signed deals as undrafted free agents over the weekend. Linebacker Cale Garrett and kicker Tucker McCann will try out for the Titans. Offensive lineman Yasir Durant signed with the Chiefs. Fellow linemen Trystan Colon Castillo went to the Ravens, and Trevour Wallace-Simms signed with the Jaguars. DeMarkus Acy and Ronnell Perkins went to the 49ers, and Jonathon Johnson signed with Washington.
