Two more people have been arrested over those gunshots outside a west Columbia Walmart last week.
Police said on Wednesday night that Mariquan Midgyett, 23, is accused of first degree assault and armed criminal action. Shaquail Midgyett, 20, is accused of fourth degree assault and disturbing the peace.
Investigators say some shots were fired in the parking lot of the Walmart off West Broadway on May 10. No one was hurt, and nothing was damaged. Five people have been arrested in the case.
