U.S. officials visit Guatemala amid border crisis

U.S. officials are set to visit Guatemala and El Salvador on Monday in an attempt to address the border crisis.

Fox News Radio reports Biden administration officials want to address the root causes of the border surge.

Data from border agencies could show soon that, in the month of March alone, 171,000 immigrants were caught along the southern border. If that is the case, it would be the highest monthly total in decades.

At the U.S. southern border, many migrant holding facilities report already being over capacity, or having little room left to hold anyone.
