The UM Board of Curators will be discussing the COVID-19 masking policy Monday afternoon.
The current policy, which took effect in early August, requires all students, faculty, staff and visitors to wear a mask in classrooms and in meeting places where social distancing isn’t possible. That’s regardless of vaccination status.
Mizzou announced on in early August that the temporary requirement would be reviewed by September 15.
Today’s meeting starts at 4.
Mizzou officials have said that COVID vaccinations are the best way to keep the campus community safe and return to the traditions we all enjoy.
