University curators approve tuition hike, new indoor football facility

The University of Missouri Board of Curators approved a couple of big proposals Wednesday afternoon.

Curators decided to raise tuition starting in the fall. Students on the Columbia campus will pay 5% more, while the other three UM System campuses will see 2-5% increases.

Curators also officially approved Mizzou football’s new indoor practice facility. Private donations will cover most of the cost of the $33.1 million project. It is expected to open by December 2022.
