Court documents involving misdemeanor charges filed against a Columbia suspect who has allegedly walked nude multiple times along the MKT trail since May outline the extent of the incidents.
Boone County prosecutors have filed four misdemeanor counts of sexual misconduct against 32-year-old Draquawn Jennings.
A court filing from Boone County prosecutors describes Jennings as a danger to the community and says trail users who have allegedly seen him now worry about their safety on the MKT. CPD’s three-page probable cause statement quotes several trail users who have allegedly seen him that they now worry about their safety on the MKT, along with the safety of children.
